These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and PT Cerdaskan Penerus Bangsa (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Skuling mobile application and web platform (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Skuling is an educational technology platform designed to help students learn and prepare for academic challenges. Our Service includes:

3. User Accounts and Registration

Parents or guardians may review and manage their child’s account
Parents or guardians may request deletion of their child’s data at any time

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Consequences

Violation of these Terms may result in:

Warning or temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Forfeiture of virtual currency and achievements
Legal action where appropriate

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content, including but not limited to:

Educational materials, quizzes, and questions
Software, code, and algorithms
Graphics, logos, icons, and visual design
Text, audio, and video content
Trademarks and service marks

are owned by PT Cerdaskan Penerus Bangsa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Virtual Currency and Items

8.1 Coins

Skuling uses virtual currency called “Coins” that can be:

Earned through activities, achievements, and referrals
Purchased with real money
Used to unlock premium content and features

8.2 Smart Energy

Smart Energy is a virtual resource that:

Regenerates over time
Limits certain activities (such as battles)
Can be replenished through various means

8.3 Virtual Item Terms

Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value
Virtual currency and items are non-transferable and non-refundable
We reserve the right to modify virtual economy balancing
Virtual currency and items may be forfeited upon account termination

9. Community Guidelines

9.1 Squads

Squads are collaborative learning groups. When participating in Squads:

Respect squad rules and leadership
Contribute positively to squad activities
Do not spam or disrupt squad communications

9.2 Friends and Social Features

When using social features:

Be respectful in all interactions
Do not share personal contact information publicly
Report inappropriate behavior to our support team

9.3 Discussions and Forums

When participating in discussions:

Stay on topic and contribute constructively
Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Do not share copyrighted material without permission
Respect diverse opinions and perspectives

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10.2 Educational Content

While we strive for accuracy, educational content is provided for learning purposes. We do not guarantee:

Complete accuracy of all content
Specific academic outcomes or results
Alignment with all educational curricula

10.3 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PT CERDASKAN PENERUS BANGSA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Virtual currency and items are forfeited
